Locals to Legends Wrestling Radio w/ Bobby Blaze

This week Gene Jackson is joined by Bobby Blaze.  They discuss Bobby's book "Pin Me, Pay Me! Have boots, Will Travel." as well as his career in wrestling that includes traveling the world, a very successful stint in Smoky Mountain Wrestling, and working under contract to World Championship Wrestling among many other accomplishments.

You can purchase the book by clicking here! I highly recommend this book whether your a fan or a worker, there's tons of great stories and insight into the business and how it was to work the territories and what Bobby had to do to get his foot in the door in SMW and to get onto international tours.

Bobby vs. the late Eddie Guerrero

Make sure to check out the interview for stories that weren't included in the book and some great advice and psychology from a man that's "been there and done it."  Great tips for guys that are looking to get their name out there and be seen in other places as well as the importance of "gimmicks" and making money, not just doing it as a free "hobby".  Listen to this episode and share it, I think a lot of people will enjoy it and hopefully learn some things in the process.

Also, stick around past my plugs at the end to hear a special bonus track, sticking with the Smoky Mountain Theme this week....we have "White Lightning" Tim Horner singing Garth Brooks' hit Shameless from SMW TV.  Simon Cowell would have had a field day with this one...lol.

Locals to Legends Wrestling Radio w/Dr. Tom Prichard

This week Gene Jackson welcomes to the show Dr. Tom Prichard!

Many subjects were covered during this nearly hour long conversation including Tom's time as a member of the "Heavenly Bodies" in Smoky Mountain Wrestling.

As well as his years in Memphis and Continental....the rumors that he was in line to replace Dennis Condrey in the Midnight Express in '87 and whether it was Jim Cornette or Dusty Rhodes who chose Stan Lane instead.....

Plus his years spent training some of today's top wrestling stars and how he continues to do so today. If you would like a chance to train with Tom Prichard as well as Gerald Brisco, Les Thatcher, Lance Storm, and Nigel McGuiness...go to www.midatlanticlegends.com to find out how to be a part of the Dr Tom Prichard Future Legends Training Camp in Charlotte, NC. this July.
