Locals to Legends Wrestling Radio w/ Matt Justyce

This week Gene Jackson is joined on the show by a young man that's stirred up quite a bit of controversy in the past couple of weeks with his #handitoverortakeitover campaign. If you want to read more about it, check out the two links below before listening to this week's show.

So having read all that and seeing the videos on Facebook, host Gene Jackson decided to invite Matt Justyce to be on the show this week so he could elaborate a little more on what he's trying to accomplish with #handitoverortakeitover.  An interesting interview and whether you like what Matt has had to say so far he actually makes some very good points and I think everyone should give this a listen and see whether you agree or disagree.  Hearing the whole story there may be more people in agreement with him than they realize.

So listen to it and feel free to email me (genejackson95@gmail.com) or message me on Facebook your thoughts.  Share the link and let others decide their feelings as well.

UPCOMING GUESTS INCLUDE: Eric Wayne, Tony Givens, Derrick King, and a series of interviews with the stars of ProSouth Wrestling!

Locals to Legends Wrestling Radio w/ Bobby Blaze

This week Gene Jackson is joined by Bobby Blaze.  They discuss Bobby's book "Pin Me, Pay Me! Have boots, Will Travel." as well as his career in wrestling that includes traveling the world, a very successful stint in Smoky Mountain Wrestling, and working under contract to World Championship Wrestling among many other accomplishments.

You can purchase the book by clicking here! I highly recommend this book whether your a fan or a worker, there's tons of great stories and insight into the business and how it was to work the territories and what Bobby had to do to get his foot in the door in SMW and to get onto international tours.

Bobby vs. the late Eddie Guerrero

Make sure to check out the interview for stories that weren't included in the book and some great advice and psychology from a man that's "been there and done it."  Great tips for guys that are looking to get their name out there and be seen in other places as well as the importance of "gimmicks" and making money, not just doing it as a free "hobby".  Listen to this episode and share it, I think a lot of people will enjoy it and hopefully learn some things in the process.

Also, stick around past my plugs at the end to hear a special bonus track, sticking with the Smoky Mountain Theme this week....we have "White Lightning" Tim Horner singing Garth Brooks' hit Shameless from SMW TV.  Simon Cowell would have had a field day with this one...lol.

Many subjects were covered during this nearly hour long conversation including Tom's time as a member of the "Heavenly Bodies" in Smoky Mountain Wrestling.

As well as his years in Memphis and Continental....the rumors that he was in line to replace Dennis Condrey in the Midnight Express in '87 and whether it was Jim Cornette or Dusty Rhodes who chose Stan Lane instead.....

Plus his years spent training some of today's top wrestling stars and how he continues to do so today. If you would like a chance to train with Tom Prichard as well as Gerald Brisco, Les Thatcher, Lance Storm, and Nigel McGuiness...go to www.midatlanticlegends.com to find out how to be a part of the Dr Tom Prichard Future Legends Training Camp in Charlotte, NC. this July.
